No Refunds After Service Completion: Once your order is marked as “Completed,” no refund will be issued—even if the service drops later. Our services are non-refundable once delivered.
No Refund in Any Case: All services sold through this website are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, you will not be eligible for a refund—regardless of whether the service worked or not.
Important: If a purchased service does not work, no refund will be provided. Instead, you must select another service from our website or wait for a new working service.
No Refund via Bank/UPI: Once an order is placed on the website, refund via UPI, bank transfer, or any external method is not possible under any condition.
No Complaints Accepted: You cannot raise any dispute or complaint after placing an order. Placing an order implies acceptance of our terms.
Account-Related Errors: We are not responsible for incorrect usernames, private accounts, or wrong details entered at the time of order.
Quality Variation: If you purchase a service labeled as “Indian” but receive different quality due to server issues, we are not responsible. Server-side quality control is not in our hands.
Platform/Server Issues: If a service doesn’t work due to Instagram/YouTube updates or server problems, we do not guarantee performance or quality.
Pricing Adjustment After Order Placement: If you place an order at a lower price and the price increases later (due to server updates), then you will be required to pay the updated price to receive the service.
Example: If you purchased 500 followers for ₹99 but the current price is ₹199, service will be provided at ₹199. No service will be provided at the old lower price.
Eligibility for Refill: Refill is applicable only if the service includes refill support and drops occur within the specified period (e.g., 30 days).
Platform/Server-Based Drops: Refill is not available if drops occur due to social media platform updates (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
No Refill If Server Ends Support: If the backend server stops supporting refills, we won’t be able to provide any refill—even if your order is eligible by date.
No Refill for Duplicate Orders: If you place the same order on another website and also on GrowSocialHub, you are not eligible for any refill from us.
No Guarantee After Platform Update: If the platform introduces new updates, we cannot guarantee service quality, refill, or drop protection.

Our services depend on external server APIs; we cannot control delays, drops, or fluctuations.
No refund or replacement will be issued once an order is marked completed.
