At Growsocialhub, we strive to provide high-quality social media marketing services, including followers, likes, and views. Please read our Refund and Refill Policy carefully before using our services. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Refund Policy
No Refunds After Service Completion: Once an order is marked as completed, we cannot offer refunds, as the service has already been delivered.

If a user changes the username while the order is in process and the followers are not delivered, the company is not responsible for a refund or refill.Account-Related Issues: We are not responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect usernames, private accounts, or user error during order placement. Double-check all information before submitting your order.
Cancellation Requests: Orders can only be canceled if the request is made before processing begins. Once an order starts, no refunds will be issued.
2. Refill Policy
Eligibility for Refill: Refills are only provided if the service includes refill protection and the drop occurs within the specified time frame after delivery.
Server Updates: Refills are strictly limited to the availability of refill support from our server. If our server does not provide refill options, we cannot process a refill request.
Platform Updates: Refills will not be provided if the drop is caused by changes, updates, or algorithm modifications made by the social media platform.
Time Limits: Refill requests must be submitted within the timeframe mentioned in the service description (e.g., 30 days from order completion). Requests made after this period will not be considered.
3. Limitations of Liability
Growsocialhub is not responsible for losses caused by social media platforms’ policies, bans, or restrictions.
Service drops due to platform updates or changes in algorithms are beyond our control and are not eligible for refill or refund.
4. How to Request a Refill
To request a refill, please contact our support team with the following details:

Description of the issue (e.g., number of drops, date observed)
We will review your request and provide a resolution based on our server’s refill policy.
